Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Clik mobile application ("App") provided by Clik Photos Inc. ("Clik"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access the App.

Account Creation and User Responsibilities

1.1. In order to use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 1.2. You agree to use the App in compliance all with applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, and you will not engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or harms the operation or security of the App.

Intellectual Property Rights

2.1. The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Clik Photos Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written consent from Clik Photos Inc. You do have the right to download, reproduce, and otherwise utilize photos you have been identified and/or tagged in.

User Content

3.1 Ownership of User Content
You retain all ownership rights to any content you upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the App, including but not limited to videos, photos, audio, and text (“User Content”). Clik does not claim ownership of your User Content.

3.2 License to Operate the Service
By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant Clik Photos Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and revocable license to host, store, process, analyze, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, operating, maintaining, and improving the App and its AI-powered video editing features, including generating edits, previews, derivatives, and outputs at your direction.

This license does not permit Clik to sell, publicly distribute, or use your User Content for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.

3.3 Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for your User Content. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process such content through the App, and that your User Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

3.4 Outputs
Any videos, edits, or other media generated by the App from your User Content (“Outputs”) are considered part of your User Content and are owned by you, subject to the same rights and responsibilities outlined in this section.

3.5 No Sale of User Content
Clik does not sell or license your User Content or Outputs to third parties. Your content is used only to deliver the services you request.

Limitation of Liability

4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clik Photos Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes to the Terms

6.1. Clik Photos Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
